Dosage
Adults and children 15 years of age: Take one capsule daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.

Zinc citrate dihydrate 155.8 mg
equiv. to Zinc 50 mg

No added wheat, gluten, yeast, lupin, fish products, shellfish, mollusc, milk derivatives, eggs, soy bean products, lactose, sugars, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Contains residual sulfites.
