Adults: Take 10ml once or twice daily, stirred into a glass of water, juice or added to a smoothie.

Before opening store below 25°C. After opening, store in the refrigerator at 2-8°C and keep cap tightly closed during storage. Do not freeze. Consume within 8 weeks of opening.
