Directions for use
Adult dose - 2.5mL twice daily maximum dose 5mL

Child dose 1.25mL twice daily maximum dose 2.5mL

Topical use – Add 5 to 10 drops to your favourite moisturiser or apply directly to affected area for soothing relief
