About the active

Multi-Mineral Citrate Complex (Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Sodium, Zinc)

Basica Active is a blend of citrate salts of the major dietary alkalising minerals — potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium and zinc — formulated as an effervescent oral powder. In the body, citrate is metabolised to bicarbonate, contributing a mild alkalising effect that supports the body's natural acid-base buffer systems.

Each serve provides the elemental mineral doses stated on the carton. The formulation is free from gluten, wheat, yeast, egg, dairy, lactose, nuts, soy, purines and added copper.

Indicated to help maintain a healthy acid-base balance and to provide a source of alkalising minerals and citrates for healthy adults.

Safety: not for use in severe kidney impairment or in people on a potassium- or sodium-restricted diet without medical advice. Directions for use
