Dosage
Adults: To reduce occurrence of facial cold sores, take 1 capsule daily with a meal. To relive symptoms and promote healing of facial cold sores, take 2 capsules up to 3 times daily with a meal.

Children over 8 years old: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your health professional.
