Each Film Coated Tablet contains:
Theanine 200 mg
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha - Shoden®) root dry ext. 28.2 mg, from 1.128 g dry root.
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha - Shoden®) leaf dry ext. 31.8 mg, from 1.272 g dry leaf.
Magnesium (as Magnesium glycinate) 105 mg
Humulus lupulus (Hops) flower dry ext. 50 mg, from 500 mg dry flower

Directions
Directions: Adults 18 years and over: Take 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bed. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
