Ingredients
Each tablet contains Actaea racemosa (Black cohosh) extract dry conc. (Ze 450) 13mg, equivalent to dry root and rhizome 84.5mg.

Femular Forte contains a small amount of lactose (120mg per tablet). Vegetarian friendly product. Femular Forte contains no added gluten, wheat, corn, egg, soy, yeast, sesame, peanuts or tree nuts, genetically modified ingredients, artificial or nature identical flavours, colours or sweeteners.
Dosage 
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with water.

For best results take for a minimum of 3 months.
Caution 
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. In very rare cases black cohosh has been associated with liver failure.
If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
