Henry Blooms Odourless Natural Fish Oil 1000 is a rich source of the long chain omega-3 marine triglyceride fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and helps:

Dosage
Follow dose recommendation or as professionally prescribed. Take with meals.

Adults: For Omega-3 supplement, take one-two capsules daily. For healthy blood lipids maintenance, cardiovascular system and heart health, take two capsules three times daily. For mild arthritis and mild joint inflammation relief, take four capsules three times daily.

Children 6-12 years old: Take one-two capsules daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. May pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk or juice.
