Each scoop of Mag-Sup powder contains magnesium aspartate 2000mg equivalent to 150mg elemental magnesium. Adult dosage 1 to 2 scoops daily. One scoop of Mag-Sup powder is equivalent to 4 Mag-Sup tablets.
